We are a regenerative organic farm in the south of Chile and restore soil health through rotational grazing management of our Angus cattle. Healthy soils foster biodiversity, water absorption and carbon sequestration. Progressing soil degradation threatens our survival on this planet. We focus on addressing this challenge. Sustaining is not enough, regenerating is necessary. Imitating the behavior of the large wild bison herds, we create a high short-term animal impact on our pastures, thereafter allowing the land to rest for prolonged periods. Our animals spend all their life on our organic pastures, restoring soil health through their grazing. By healing the soil we capture carbon, and foster biodiversity and water retention. We work with nature. Our meat is 100% pasture-based and its production is good for the land. Coming exclusively from our farm, and meeting our high standards, this is beef how it should be. Without agrochemicals, without hormones, without antibiotics. Eating meat does not have to cost the planet's health.
