Refund & Cancellation Policy

Business-to-business service

Citable ESG Orgs. is a B2B service. Subscriptions and Featured placements are sold to organisations and individuals acting for their trade, business, or profession. The statutory consumer cooling-off rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply. The terms below govern instead.

Pro subscriptions (€39/month or €390/year)

• Monthly: cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund for unused days of the current period.
• Annual: non-refundable once paid. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid year.
• Billing errors / duplicate charges: contact hello@citableesg.com within 30 days. We’ll refund the duplicate / incorrect charge within 5 business days.

Featured placements (€39 once-off)

• Featured placements are activated immediately on purchase. Non-refundable once active.
• If you delete the featured item before the 30-day period ends, the placement ends with it. No refund for the unused days.
• If we fail to deliver the placement (e.g. it never appears live due to a platform fault on our side), we’ll refund in full or extend by the missed days, your choice.

How to request a refund

Email hello@citableesg.com with the email address on the account and your reason. We’ll confirm receipt within 2 business days and resolve eligible refunds within 5 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe).
