We help organizations with their circular economy strategies. We believe in a combination of data and activation. In terms of data, we help with impact assessments and reduction roadmaps. We also believe that change is not driven by consultants, but by organizations themselves. Capacity-building within organizations is therefore a key part of our activities. In our consulting work we often encounter (systemic) challenges to change. These are questions that will not be asked by one single organization, yet they are crucial in accelerating the transition. We initiate research to address these topics, and create momentum around the importance of systemic change.
