fiid was born out of a personal pain point for founder, Shane Ryan. He found there always seemed to be a trade-off between how he wanted to eat and the time he had. Made using only natural plant based ingredients, packed full of vegetables and stored in your cupboard or pantry, fiid is the perfect partner for a busy, fast paced life. Through an innovative cooking process, fiid has an 18 month shelf life and has eliminated food waste from it’s production process. Each meal is high in protein, 100% plant-based, 3 of your 5 a day, high in fibre and gluten & dairy free.
fiid wants to be part of the solution, not the problem. fiid believes sustainability is a conscious effort to do more for the benefit of our environment, our communities and for each other. Initiatives like formal charity partnership with Mary's Meals, becoming the world's first carbon neutral ready meal, and now becoming B Corp certified let the fiid team know they're making an impact. fiid are looking forward to working with the Irish and global B Corps, joining this movement to build awareness and advocacy for people that are using businesses as a force for good.
