Inish Living was founded by Christina Foley, a
Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, and
Exercise & Rehabilitation expert. Growing up on the
southwest coast of Ireland, Christina was surrounded
by nature, hospitality, food, and art & design, which
fueled her passion for a purposeful, grounded, and
creative lifestyle. As a physio practitioner for 15 years,
she has always advocated for a holistic and sustainable
approach to vitality, rest, and wellbeing, helping her
patients make positive changes to improve the quality
& enjoyment of their lives, all rooted in science and
evidence.
