Set up in 2015 by Giles, Myles and Rob, Mindful Chef is a carbon neutral business on an ambitious journey to Net Zero 2030. Because, with Mindful Chef it’s been free-range British chicken, grass-fed British beef and sustainably sourced fish from the start, and it always will be. As well as LEAF marque accredited UK fresh produce, they’re working alongside farmers on ground-breaking biodiversity and soil health projects, offering low carbon recipes, finding new packaging solutions, fighting back on food waste, and putting more boxes into electric delivery vans. The recipes are all free from gluten, dairy, refined carbs, refined sugars (and anything you can’t pronounce) because this is food as it should be. And a subscription you can change as often as you need. Plus, when you buy a meal, you’re helping without having to lift a finger. Mindful Chef gives a meal to a school child in need through One Feeds Two. 15,000,000 meals donated, and counting!
