Established in 2014 R&T is a dynamic company working across hospitality, property, architecture & agriculture. As R&T Studio we build and transform spaces to add soul, spirit and sustainability. Our aim is to create positive change, open wider opportunities, and support a more thoughtful way of living. Recently completed projects include seven family homes on Scawen Road in Deptford (five contemporary builds and two Victorian houses) and the restoration of a Grade II-listed classic Chelsea townhouse to its Georgian roots. On the hospitality front, we run The Culpeper Family, a group of four pubs (The Culpeper, The Buxton, The Green and The Duke Organic) with unique personalities and a shared set of values. Seasonal menus are carefully crafted by our chefs using top ingredients. We take great pride in our independent suppliers, working only with those who use the best organic and sustainable methods. Ethical Land is our first sustainable farming collective site; a 3,500 square foot plot of land with a Dutch-style greenhouse which sits just behind the mews on Scawen Road in Deptford. We’re following permaculture principles for delicious produce and soil health. We’re incredibly proud to become a certified B-Corp business, and work to high social and environmental standards.
