Round is a human-first, purpose-driven strategy consulting and investment company. Founded in August 2021, we are an independent consultancy, based on Nordic values and a human-first approach in everything we do; from how we engage with our clients, to how we take care and develop our people. We never engage in agendas we find regressive, and to walk the talk, we aim to invest 20 % of our revenue in progressive impact endeavors. When we engage in new projects, we begin by asking – why? To understand. To ensure, that what we do is rooted in a clear purpose. To understand and appreciate what is already there. When asked to look at business issues, we remember the human perspective. We ask; what do we want the experience to be? What do we want people to feel? Because we believe that business is not just about business; or about achievement or speed of progression. Business is also about humans. And sometimes slow is better than fast; social sustainability better than shareholder value. For every weakness we see, we explore the strengths. For every answer we find in the present, we design our solutions for the future. That is why we exist; to create socially sustainable impact.
