Founded in 2014 by Matthew Gordon MBE, Spectra was formed to make opportunity and achievement open to everyone.
Spectra works at the intersection of the private, public and charitable sectors, tackling significant social challenges.
Since 2018 Spectra has been the national delivery partner for the Department for Education’s inclusion programme Care Leaver Covenant. The Covenant is a promise made by organisations across the private, public and voluntary sectors to provide support for care leavers aged 16-25 to help them to live independently.
