Their motivation for founding Viisi was their desire, as financial planners, to change the world of financial advice. They believed and still believe that financial advice can be improved, should be more long-term oriented, and must become more sustainable from a societal perspective.
They work with a stakeholders' priority of People First, Customers Second, Shareholders Last, because they find Quality and long-term growth much more important than short-term results. Growth is not an end in itself, but healthy, controlled growth is a way to make the financial world more sustainable. Moreover, growth offers everyone within the company opportunities to grow along and to realize their own ideas within Viisi.
Viisi is the first financial organization in the world to have implemented the self-organization model Holacracy and is one of the few organizations that has its entire organizational structure open to anyone interested in it.
