zeal is an advisory firm founded in 1980 by a group of university professors, who saw a need for sharing their research-based business development approach with organizations looking to build effective organizations and enhance their impact. Today, we continue to support founders and CEOs in developing sustainable and regenerative business models that balance purpose and profit. We are also guest professors/lecturers with universities around the world, and we aim to bridge insights from academia with the practical experiences of business leaders. We strive to (re)connect and strengthen the relationship between business and nature by offering an alternative understanding of ‘growth and development’. We aim to uncover new insights that can be applied to educational practices in teaching sustainable business models, supporting entrepreneurs and leaders in building the leadership capacity needed for businesses to navigate a post-growth society.
