zeroCO2 is an organization founded in late 2019 that focuses on high social impact reforestation. zeroCO2 manages reforestation projects and donates each tree to farming families generating food security and economic support. In addition, it trains communities on organic agriculture and sustainable land management. Founded in Guatemala, where it plants more than 180,000 trees each year in agroforestry projects, today zeroCO2 also has projects in the Amazon rainforest in Peru, Argentina's Patagonia, Italy, Tanzania and Portugal. zeroCO2 has developed Chloe, a technology that allows anyone to monitor the growth of their tree by knowing its GPS position and receiving photographs. zeroCO2 works with companies and individuals who want to plant trees, absorb CO2 or calculate their environmental impact.
