Developing a sustainable business ESG Report 2024 – Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC

This is Caledonia’s fourth ESG report, which covers the reporting period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. We continue to work on developing our ESG practices and reporting. Data in this report refers to Caledonia’s only current operating project, the Blanket Mine in Zimbabwe (“Blanket”) and all figures relate to this project (unless stated otherwise). The Company has acquired exploration and development projects (i.e. Maligreen, Motapa and Bilboes); however, none of these properties whilst under Caledonia’s ownership had significant operating activity during the reporting period and accordingly data and information in respect of these projects provided in this report is minimal. However, Caledonia’s approach to and standards for environmental and social management remain applicable to and is implemented at these projects. All financial figures are provided in US dollars.
